Q. How does Yonhold work?
A. Simply enter your script into our online form. We do everything else! Our voice talents record your copy. Our studio engineers mix the voice with music. Customer Service delivers the final production. Or, if you don’t like writing the script, we have hundreds of YMCA messages already written that you can use or edit.
Q. How do I receive my updated on hold message?
A. Your finished on hold production will be automatically uploaded to your Yonhold equipment. If you have have a VOIP phone system or USB drive on hold equipment then you will receive an email with your production attached with the appropriate file type. These files are usually .wav or MP3 and require the user to manually load the production into their on hold system.
Q. Can the on hold message be customized for my YMCA location?
A. Yes! You may customize your on hold message as often as you want and there are never any additional charges.

A. You may update your on hold message as often as you want. There are never any additional charges.
Q. How long is the service agreement?
A. The term of the agreement is for one year. The agreement will renew annually unless you choose to cancel the service.
Q. When do I receive my first bill?
A. Your location will receive the initial bill within 30 days of your enrollment.
Q. How does the 100% Money Back Guarantee work?
A. If you decide that you do not want the service within 60 days of installation, we will refund 100% of the money you have paid.
Q. Does Yonhold require a telephone technician to install the digital player?
A. In most cases, the answer is “Yes”. However, if you currently have music or radio playing on hold, then you will probably not need a telephone technician to install your on hold player.
